Columbia health ordinance limits hours for bars, restaurants

An ordinance announced and enacted Friday prohibits alcohol sales in bars and restaurants after 9 p.m. and requires those establishments close by 10 p.m. Curbside pickup and delivery will be allowed to continue after that time. Learn more here.
